This therapy is for people who have lymphedema, lipedema, or poly lipolymphedema . A combination of therapeutic care and self care makes it possible to live well with any of these diagnosed conditions.
Since lymphedema is progressive if left untreated, early diagnosis and treatment will save the lymphedema patient expense, decrease the long term possibility of illness, lessen pain and relieve suffering caused by lymph accumulating in the body. Many times lymphedema has not been recognized in the early stages and spontaneous reversal of lymph fluid is no longer possible. MLD/CDT is a medical treatment that is non-invasive and provides a way to regain control of a life long health issue.
Lipedema, lipedema, poly lipolymphedema, venous insufficiencies, reflex sympathetic dystrophy, cyclic idiopathic edema, and other lymphatic conditions are also improved with MLD/CDT.
